5. User Accounts and Registration

You MUST NOT:

  • Share accounts or credentials
  • Access or attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation
  • Scrape or mine data beyond personal use
  • Upload malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or spam feedback systems
  • Violate any law or third-party rights
  • Misrepresent identity or affiliation

Warning: Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

LanguaTracker retains all rights to:

  • Software, code, and architecture
  • Design, UI, branding, and logos
  • Documentation and materials

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant LanguaTracker a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Maintain backups

This license ends when content or your account is deleted.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
