Overview

Log and manage all your language learning activities. Track what you learned, when, and for how long—all in one place.

Quality Data = Better Insights

Complete details (titles, durations, links) ensure accurate stats and unlock future features. Save time using Activity Templates to log recurring activities with pre-filled data!

Creating a New Activity

Click "Log Activity" in the top right corner

Select date (defaults to today)

Choose category and activity type

Add a link (optional) — supports YouTube, Spotify, Dreaming Spanish

Title and duration auto-fill for supported platforms

Enter title and duration

Add optional details like word count, pages, or XP (depends on category)

Optionally save as template for quick logging next time

Click "Save"

Managing Activities

View: All activities displayed in a table with date, category, type, title, duration, and actions. Clickable links when provided.
Filter: Use the dropdowns to filter by Category or Date Range (Past Day, Week, Month, Year)
Edit: Click the pencil icon to modify any activity
Delete: Click the trash icon (permanent, can't be undone)
Heatmap: View your learning consistency over time—darker = more activities

Best Practices

Log immediately after activities for accuracy
Use templates for recurring activities (podcasts, app sessions)
Add links when possible for auto-filled data
Use notes for context ("focused on past tense", "difficult vocab")
Analyze patterns using category and date filters
